Coalfield School is conducting a survey in grades 3-12 about school climate and learning in school. This survey is sponsored by the Tennessee Department of Education. We are asking permission for your child to complete the survey. The survey will be administered to students online between March 9, 2026–March 13, 2026. We have sent a permission form home with each student. Please mark whether you would like your child to participate in the survey, sign the form, and return it to the school.
